At Jimmy Miller, every resin lamp is handcrafted with care and dedication. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Return Period You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, undamaged by the customer.
- Since our lamps are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind once a personalized order has been produced.
- We do accept returns or replacements if the product arrives defective or damaged during shipping.
Return Process

- We will send you detailed instructions for the return.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the error is ours (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- In any other accepted case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
